The Swallow Manor is placed in old village in a valley of the Salgir river, between pictorial hills, close to water reservoir. It is 30 kilometers away from south Crimean bank of the Black sea; you can travel there by minibus or trolleybus and find major historical monuments of Crimea. Efficient transport commute is Simferopol's main feature.

We can help with organizing walks, cycling and car driving routes. Bahkchisaray, Sebastopol, Feodosia and other Crimean towns are within easy reach. Chatyrdag mountain (1524 m above the sea level) with most beautiful caves is only 12 km away from our house. It's a 15 minute drive by car to the famous Red Cave (16 km long). Demerdgi mountain, Funa medieval fortress, Ghost Valley – are all most beautiful and mysterious places in Crimea. Bird park, ostrich farm – time spent here with kids will leave warm memories for a life time.

You can go collect mushrooms and berries, fishing, draw pictures. There is a brook next to the Manor, with wild ducks and bobwhites; a couple of herons come for winter. We have chickens, rabbits. Organic food? There are brook water, fresh milk and eggs, home pickling, fruits, grapes and grape wine. We will offer you Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar cuisine; we can cook shish kebab in the garden; there is plenty of space in front of the house to play badminton and football.
