Built in Mediterranean architectural style, this charming, immaculate small hotel is conveniently located in the central park area of Yalta, 500 meters to the sea. The hotel has a capacity to accommodate up to 60 guests at a time and composed of 26 tastefully furnished rooms and two-room suites. Rooms vary in size - from regular (25 square meters) to large (70 square meters).

The high ceiling gives an airy and spacious feel. Private balconies overlook the backyard and garden. Room amenities include an ensuite bathroom/shower, air-conditioning, cable TV, fridge, new carpets and curtains. The two-room DeLuxe suite has a spacious lounge area with a fireplace and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The hotel boasts a large, well-maintained, fenced outdoor area with a swimming pool and beautiful garden. The rooms open up to the garden which include a variety of trees, plants and flowers. Other amenities include: Russian steam bath, gym facilities, tented guest area with patio furniture, barbecue grill etc. Car parking spaces are available within the limits of the property. The security guard (24 hrs) provides safety of guests and their vehicles.

Room cleaning is done daily and bed make up with a linen change is done on 4th day.
