This 120 m2 two-storey country house is situated in the village of Perevalovka in the midway from the Simferopol-Kertch highway to Sudak. The small village is hidden in a scenic valley and surrounded with a forest. The cock-crow, cow's moo and other signs of the rural life will make you feel a farmer. Make a few steps beyond your door and you are in the forest, which doesn't drop out of sight wherever you see. Making walks through the forests and picking edible mushrooms, forest berries and nuts will enrich your travel experience. If you keen on fishing, don't miss the opportunity to spend a day on a lake of two ones nearby. The owner of the House is an experienced cook and used to work in a restaurant. Just ask, allow an hour and you will enjoy a meal cooked from the fish caught or mushrooms picked by yourself. Meals can be served on request and are cooked from fresh, organic foodstuffs.
The house includes two spacious bedrooms, a dining room, full kitchen, and bathroom. Also there is a sauna in the house. The pet-fish in a small pool in the yard and the variety of poultry in the household will make you surprise and get your children excited.
Among worthy-to-see attractions in the neighborhood are: the Toply nunnery in Topolyovka village, the Ak-Kaya (White Rock) mountain nature, the ruins of Armenian monastery "Surb-Khach", the ancient fortress in Sudak, Novy Swet recreation area, ostrich farm and many others. The owner can drive you to the sea (15 km away) or to any other place.
There are a few horse farms in the neighborhood. Horse riding lessons and trips are available. It is also possible to stage a hunt if you send a request in advance and can afford buying a licence. |
