The small settlement Sunny Valley is located in the southeast of Crimea at the foot of the Meganom Mountain. The climate there is very mild and healthy; it is the fine composition of sea, mountains and steppe air. Some modern and comfortable cottages are within 1 km from wide sandy and shingle beach. Many guests come there every year to spend the vacation at that picturesque seaside.
Newly built two-storied house with family rooms in a garden setting welcomes the guests. All rooms are good furnished and have beautiful views across the sea and rolling countryside. In the house there is a sauna, pool and ping-pong tables, a playground and a sports ground for football and volleyball. The secluded and maintained courtyard is the ideal place for picnics. There are many flowers and fruit trees everywhere. The hosts organize horse riding, fishing, wine tasting, transfer, excursions to nature preserve Karadag (Black Mountain) and visits to the dolphinarium. There is parking space in the yard too.
