Is located on the range of the village of Kurortnoye. The spacious and newly rebuilt three-storied cottage is within some meters from sand beach of the shallow bay. Double and family en-suite bedrooms are furnished to good standard. All rooms have verandahs overlooking the sea. The owners of the cottage are a young and friendly couple. They offer the guests different services - transfer, excursions, and sea yacht tours. There are play- and sports grounds, ample safe parking, a sauna, a pool table and shady arbours on the territory. Meals are included in price.
