We welcome guests to our villa set in one of the most beautiful areas of Crimea, the picturesque seaside resort town of Miskhor. The Villa is located in the Southern Crimea, at the foot of the Ai-Petri mountain, 17 km east of Yalta, and 110 km away from Simferopol. To the west Miskhor borders with the town of Alupka.

The property meets the highest European standards of quality and offers an astonishing sea view and view to the Crimean mountains. You find everything needed for a relaxing holiday here. There is a spacious terrace furnished with outdoor tables and chairs where you can enjoy the sea view. Also, there is an outdoor guest area with garden furniture, BBQ and parasols. Delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners are served in the cafe.

The villa offers twelve individually decorated rooms and suites with quality furnishing. All rooms have air-conditioning and heating. The bathroom facilities meet European standards.

Standard Room: Two single beds or one double bed, shower and WC, air-conditioning, refrigerator, TV.
Rates: €80 in the peak season (15 June to 15 September), €60 in off-season.

Classic Room: A double bed, TV, refrigerator, air-conditioning, balcony with outdoor furniture and sea view, shower/WC. An extra sleeping place for a guest can be provided.
Rates: €90 in the peak season (15 June to 15 September), €65 in off-season.

2-Room Suite: A large room with a double bed and convertible bed, TV, refrigerator, air-conditioning, a large balcony with outdoor furniture, sea view, shower/WC. The other bedroom is appointed with two single beds.
Rates: €155 in the peak season (15 June to 15 September), €95 in off-season.

A well-maintained beach is within a walking distance. You can rent boats and water sport equipment there. A large, subtropical park of Miskhor is located right beside the beach. Once you get here you will immediately feel the fresh sea air filled with the scents of Crimean conifers and herbs! Thanks to the unique location between the mountains and the sea, the climate of Miskhor remains mild all year round. The swimming season starts in May and lasts until October. The average seawater temperature varies from +22 to +28 ºC in summer. There is a good choice of restaurants, bars and shops near the villa.

The resort region around Yalta is the most popular holiday destination in Ukraine. The nature of the Crimean peninsula impresses with its diversity. And Crimea is worldwide known with its historical places. Both Yalta and Alupka can be easily reached by a short trip in a bus, taxi or by boat. During your stay at our villa you may wish to visit some of the nearby attractions, such as the Vorontsovsky Palace in Alupka, the famed Swallow's Nest Castle, the Nikita Botanical Garden, Lyvadia Palace, the town of Simeiz with its great nightclubs. Take a cable car to the Ai-Petri, the highest mountain in Crimea, to get a bird's-eye view of the Crimean Coast, or go for a wine-tasting tour to Ukraine's oldest winery Massandra and there are many more attractions to see here actually.
