Bashtan House is a small privately-owned property. We rent out rooms at fair prices and provide the ideal setting for holiday makers and travelers. The rooms are furnished, very clean and quiet. There is a self-catering kitchen where you can do your own meals as well as a barbeque area and plenty of space to relax in. If you come with a car, we have a place to park it in the back yard.

The house is situated in the central area of Popovka, at Novaya street. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach and 15 minutes from Kazantip.

• Comfortable rooms (No. 1, 2, 3, 4) with a private bathroom & WC, air-conditioning, fridge. Occupancy: 2-3 people. Rate: $130 per night
• Standard double room on the ground floor (No. 5): two single beds, basic furniture. The bathroom & WC are shared and located next-door. Rate: $70 per night
• Standard triple rooms upstairs (No. 6, 7): three single beds, basic furniture. The bathroom & WC are shared, located next-door. Rate: $90 per night
• Two adjoined rooms upstairs (No. 8): single beds, basic furniture. Maximum occupancy: 6 people. The bathroom & WC are shared, located next-door. Rate: $160 per night
