Welcome to my holiday apartment located in the resort town of Gurzuf, on the southern coast of Crimea near the Mountain Ayu-Dag (The Bear Mountain),15 km northeast of Yalta.

This nice studio apartment is situated in the central, historical area of the resort town of Gurzuf. It offers all modern amenities for a comfortable stay: air-conditioning, cable TV, WiFi, cold & hot water supply, shower & WC. There is a kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, gas stove, and kitchen utensils, so that you can make your meals.

The balcony is perfect for enjoying beautiful landscapes, mountains and the panoramic view of Gurzuf. Here you can feel the light breeze and inhale the fresh scent of the Black Sea.

There are shops, a farmer market, cafes nearby. It takes no more than six minutes to walk to the beach and Gurzuf seafront.
