The Ark Villa has been in business for 10 years. It welcomes guests and families with children all year round. The villa consists of two adjacent buildings, there is a children's playground and pool, outdoor patios and pergolas, well-maintained outdoor area with a variety of flowers, plants and juniper trees.
The Ark Villa provides comfort and peace of mind in a home-like setting. The 4-storey house is situated only 300 meters away from a wide sandy beach with the crystal clear waters of the Black Sea. The property offers 20 cozy rooms and 2-room suites with an en-suite bathroom, safe, satellite and air-conditioning.
A restaurant with adjusting terrace occupies the ground floor of the house. The menu features a wide range of delicious cuisine and the finest Crimean wines.
The backyard area is an ideal shaded spot for relaxation during hot afternoons or for socializing during evening gatherings. It is planted with juniper trees and roses. Also, at our guest's disposal here are a small indoor pool and spa, sauna, gym, and on-site masseuse.
