Welcome to our holiday guesthouse located in the national reservation area, Cape Phiolent known with its long, arch-shaped coastline, quiet pebble beaches, breath-taking views and crystal clear water. Breathe in the fresh sea air and the scents of wild herbs!

Our property is a brand new one, built in 2009. It does meet quality standards while being priced for affordable budgets. There are 6 rooms in total. Every 22 m² room is tastefully decorated, furnished and appointed with a double bed and a fold-out sofa, has an en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, a fridge, TV, electric kettle. There is a nice and well-maintained courtyard with flowerbeds, outdoor lighting and patio furniture for you to spend a lazy afternoon with a book.

Extras: laundry service, ticket (flight, train) reservation & delivery, guided tours, taxi service, grocery delivery. Free pickup for the Sevastopol train station. Secure car parking is available for those who come by car, just a 5 minute walk away.

The beach is only a 10 minute walk from the property. The closest grocery store is 500 meters away and a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. Buses run quite frequently, 7 days a week.

There are so many attractions nearby that would enrich your travel experience. You all can enjoy yourself in the pristine environs of Phiolent, visit the St. George the Victorious Monastery, Jasper Beach, the Grotto of Diana, Cross Rock, and Lermontov Cape. Next, the sights of Sevastopol are easily accessible: the Count's Quay, Art-harbour, mesmerizing marine boulevard, Aquarium, Panorama, Diorama and places associated with the Crimean War, ruins of the ancient Greek city of Khersones, the cave monastery in Inkerman, Genovese Fortress in Balaclava... just a few to mention.
