Big families with children and relatives will find a self-catering apartment more comfortable as compared with hotels as you can lead your usual lifestyle, as if you were at home. Groups of friends looking for new impressions will have the opportunity to stay together in a comfortable environment, yet have the full privacy this spacious property provides. Nobody will get jammed or bored!

Location:
The apartment is located in a brand new house, in the most central area of Feodosiya. The house belongs to a new residential apartment complex. It has its own, safe, private territory around. All the major attractions of the city are within a walking distance (up to 10-20 minutes). It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea through a park. There is a children's playground in the backyard, and a storage at the entrance where you can keep a carriage or a bicycle. The entrance door is locked.

Apartment configuration:
It is truly a luxury, two-level apartment that meets the highest Western standards. The total space amounts to 180 sq.m.!

There are four bedrooms on two floors, in total. Two bedrooms are appointed with double beds and the other two have fold out sofas, each can sleep two persons easily. There are closets for belongings and clothes.

Two bathrooms are equipped with showers and toilets, plus there is one more bathroom with toilet on the second floor. Those who are familiar with the restrictions of water supply in Crimea will appreciate the backup water supply system the apartment is equipped with.

A spacious, airy lounge has an arched window, two corner sofas (each can be used as a double bed), 40" LCD TV. All the rooms are air conditioned. Kitchen-dining room is fully equipped, has tables for 8-12 people, a gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, mantovarka (a special kind of pot) and cauldron for those who like cooking. Other amenities include cable TV and unlimited access to the broadband Internet (both, cable connection and Wi-Fi). The apartment has a washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner. In the case of a long-term lease, when required, it is possible to hire a maid as well as a nanny, cook. For your fun you can also order a Playstation X-BOX 360 and/or PlayStation 3 with a set of games.

Terms and Conditions

Children. Families with children are very welcome! There are no any restrictions! Moreover, we would be happy to give you the opportunity to spend a vacation with your children in our property.

Pets. Pets may be a heavy responsibility for tenants. If you are aware of this responsibility and accept the rules to avoid possible damages of the property from your pets, we would be willing to agree. However, please understand that we reserve the right to refuse if you would like to bring big animals, specific or dangerous animals. Please contact us to discuss this issue.

Smoking. It is strictly a non-smoking apartment.

Car
There is a safe parking lot in the backyard. Also a garage for 2 cars can be provided on request. It is located in a remote area of the city though.
