The cozy studio is on the 3rd storey of a 5-storey house in the very center of Simferopol. You are literally steps to endless shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars. Marketplace is just 100 meters away and an Internet cafe is 50 meters. A grocery and cafe shop are just on the ground floor of the house. There is also a nice park right on the other side of the street.
