A wonderful holiday, made unforgettable by the service and accommodation provided by Alex. I would recommend him to anyone travelling to the Crimea and I know my thanks can never tell how grateful I am. We had a lovely holiday in the beautiful Crimea, the apartments were very good especially the apartment in Yalta, next time will come to Ukraine and Crimea, we will again use your excellent, kind and professional company!

Alex and his staff are giving a great service. It started with waiting for me at the airport for more than 2 hours as I had aircraft problems....then when I arrived at the apartment I discovered that my reading glasses were missing...certainly still in the plane. Alex's staff spent hours phoning around, came the next morning early to go with me to the airport and get my glasses back.....all with a smile and "that's my job" explanation. I can only recommend Alex for everybody wishing to stay in Crimea.

This is one of the best services you'll ever come across in Crimea. 5 stars! And the slogan "service with a personal touch" is completely accurate. If you need internet, receipts, laundry, taxis - you name it, they'll do it. Last time, I had stupidly left my passport in a taxi, and one of the "Crimea" guys waited with me until I had it back. So I can't recommend this warmly enough.

I am just beginning to look for this:- a cottage/ chalet with 2 or 3 bedrooms . Must have small ouside area for sitting(private patio) plus a small garden area for a child ..Must be close to the sea/beach (1000 metres-max).
Time period - not yet sure- but will be for 2-3 months- beginning mid to late may.
Can you advise me?
Budget?-depends on what it is?

It was a very intense but growing and learning and deeply touching experience to have Slava with me through the visit. He was absolutely the best ever!!!!!! He was great and if other clients are getting the kind of treatment I was receiving by Slava and you all........your company should be off the charts in referrals inclusing my word of mouth with a giant "THUMBS UP" on customer service and facility cost arrangements and support!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stayed in Yalta one week (9th to 16th of October 2010). Apartment was located at Roosevelt Str. 2. We were picked up by the owner of the apartment who took us (the long way) from airport to Yalta (and back again). Apartment was excellent and very nice (heated floor in bathroom) and located perfectly in the centre of Yalta - very close to everything. A big thank you to the owners of the apartment for their great hospitality. We felt very welcome. Hope to come back again another time.
