Q.: What Happens if I don't see my driver?
A.: In rare cases your driver is not there upon arrival, due to circumstances beyond their control. Do not panic! They are probably somewhere in the airport, or they may be late due to a traffic jam. If your driver has not picked you up within 10 minutes of arrival contact us by telephone +38(095)0660554. Stay near the Arrivals area until your driver arrives. Look for a sign with your name on it. Do not leave this area. You will be picked up for sure.
