Within 15 km from Simferopol stretches out on the both sides of the river Bulganack the village of Pozharskoye. There recently was opened the Ukrainian Cultural-Ethnographic Center "Yavir", the small country museum. In the traditional country house there is a fine collection of old Ukrainian embroidered clothes and utensils. In the center you can watch a folklore program and taste national Ukrainian cuisine, meet the artisans - masters of the Ukrainian traditional embroidery and buy nice souvenirs for good memory. The hosts offer their guests various excursions, fishing, hospitable accommodation in the country houses, local fresh produce. They can organize picnics in the most popular place of the region - the nature preserve "A Crying Rock". It is very pleasant to spend a hot summer day lying on the grass under the shadowy big trees, to drink cold and sweet water of the spring, to celebrate a weekend in the circle of the friends and relatives.
